What this price includes:
This price is for an upgrade installation where an existing electric hot water cylinder is being removed and replaced with a new Rinnai A26 instantaneous gas hot water system.
The installation includes draining and disconnecting your old electric cylinder and installing the new gas continuous flow unit.

All exterior pipework in copper
Gas certificate
New outdoor power point
Removal and disposal of existing hot water cylinder
Exclusions:
Supply of LPG bottles
Building Work (if required)
Supply and installation of pressure limiting valve
Amendment of any existing non-compliant installations or pipework
Replacement or maintenance of existing tapware
Our electrical contractor will attend the site to connect the hot water heater. This allowance includes a standard reconnection using the existing wiring. If, during installation, the electrician finds that any electrical components do not meet current compliance requirements—such as needing new cabling back to the distribution board—these works would fall outside this allowance and be discussed with you before proceeding, with any additional costs charged as a variation.
