The advertised price is for a replacement and upgrade from an existing low-pressure electric hot water cylinder.
This includes draining and removing your old cylinder and supplying and installing a new Rinnai 180L mains-pressure electric hot water cylinder, suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.
Inclusions:
180L Rinnai indoor/outdoor hot water cylinder
Cylinder tray with waste run up to 3m to drain (where possible)
Apex mains pressure valve pack
Seismic restraint kit
New copper pipework
Lagging from cylinder outlet to tempering valve
New electrical switch and connection to new cylinder
Removal of old cylinder
Exclusions:
Any building work (if required)
Upgrade or maintenance of existing low pressure tapware
Our electrical contractor will attend site to connect the hot water cylinder. This allowance includes a standard reconnection using the existing wiring. If, during installation, the electrician finds that any electrical components do not meet current compliance requirements—such as needing new cabling back to the distribution board—these
works would fall outside this allowance and be discussed with you before proceeding, with any additional costs charged as a variation.
